Sponsorship Opportunities
You and your orginization can help sponsor Oktoberfest 2011 in one of three ways...
1 Monetary Sponsor. A Monetary Sponsor is a sponsor that agrees to donate a set amount of money in support of 2011 Lexington Oktoberfest. There are several levels of monetary sponsorship, each with different benefits. See the Sponsorship Levels and benefits here You may of course donate any amount you like and you will be entitled to the benefits of the highest level for which the amount qualifies for.
2 Product or Service Sponsor. Your organization may like donate products or services opposed to a monetary donation. This type of donation will also qualify you and your orginization for the benefits listed for a monetary sponsor. The donation amount will be assessed on the value of the products or services your organisation provides.
3 Village Resident The "Village Residents" are a big part of the new Lexington Oktoberfest. Oktoberfest is a community event, so we would like to offer the opportunity for Lexington businesses to get involved by volunteering to be a "Village Resident". As a village resident, you and your organization agree to provide products and services directly to the public. This can be anything that would be of value to the families attending the event, especially the children. Have a few artsy people in your group? Do face-painting or draw characters. You could teach little ones to make paper airplanes, make a nifty craft item, sponsor an air castle, or hand out water with your logo on it. Your creativity is the limit, as long as it is approved by the Oktoberfest authority. This is a great opportunity to advertise your business while also providing service to the community and it is absolutely FREE*! Please contact the Oktoberfest authority with any questions or ideas.
*Although there is no fee to be a village resident, businesses are responsible for the cost or the products and/or services you are approved to provide for the Oktoberfest event.
